Not everyone has the same type of anxiety disorder.
The types of anxiety disorder are:
➽Generalised anxiety disorder - worry about things other people wouldn't usually be worried about - feel tense and nervous most times and you cannot control your worries
➽Social anxiety disorder - in social situations you experience intense anxiety - get caught up in thought that others are judging you or that you're going to embarrass yourself - avoid social situations and socialising
➽Panic disorder - constantly have panic attacks then worry that you're going to have another one
➽Specific phobias - intense fear for a specific thing or situation and so you avoid these things or objects
